Get involved!
Share wisdom while promoting your organization’s culture
Following the principles of our first book, the genesis of our research is in understanding the practices of progressive leaders.
Are you a fan of Simon Sinek, Brene Brown, or Daniel Pink? Are you inspiring empathy, vulnerability, mindfulness, or purpose within your tribe? We would love to know how you are doing it!
Steps
Step 1 — 15 minute vetting call with our Director of Research, Keith Kusterer. This call is focused on providing you with information about our research process and understanding your company-wide values and desired behaviors.
Step 2 — 60 minute interview with author Adam Fridman (either in-person or via video conferencing, depending on availability, co-authors may join).
Step 3 — Impact Case Study If there is alignment about the impact of living values, we propose a deeper research in one of the following areas:
Follow-up qualitative research (with yourself or other leaders)
2-week Quantitative research (leveraging our technology to capture Qualitative data)

Science of Values will discover and share the best practices for living organizational values.
We ask:

Origins
Choosing the right organizational values doesn’t ensure your business will succeed and grow. Research suggests that values need to be lived through behaviors in order to guide the organization forward. After researching our previous book, we realized that even some of the most progressive leaders struggle to make core values actionable.
Following our favorite quote on the subject by Aristotle, “We are what we repeatedly do,” our book examines whether it is possible to make living your values an organization-wide habit.
That’s where you come in. We are looking for the next level of progressive leaders to share your expertise with the business world: How do YOU bring organizational values to life? Why should other leaders do the same?
